When it was time to upgrade their website, the Municipality of Ritchot had only one thing on their mind – creating a communication portal for their residents. Utilizing all of our products seamlessly integrated together, the result has become the standard in communication with residents. Catalis Mass Notification allows them to disseminate their messages to the residents by voice, text, push messaging, and email. As a long-time user of Catalis Meeting Management, with a significant archive of minutes and agendas, these documents can be posted to the website with just a click of a button. Catalis Request Management gives residents the ability to report a problem or provide feedback so the municipality can ensure no request is left unanswered.
