Catalis has announced that the City of San Ramon, California, has selected Catalis Request311 as its new CRM and 311 platform through a competitive RFP process.
The City selected Catalis Request311 to replace its legacy GovQA system with a modern, user-friendly solution designed to improve service request intake, routing, tracking, and resolution across departments. The implementation will support teams in Public Works, Parks, Engineering, and Community Development as the City strengthens coordination, transparency, and responsiveness in resident service delivery.
Catalis Request311 was selected for its intuitive user experience, configurable workflows, GIS integration with Esri, and strong fit for a mid-sized city. Once implemented, the system will support multi-channel request intake through web, mobile, and phone, helping staff improve visibility, coordination, and resolution across departments.
