County Becomes Catalis’ First Tax & CAMA Client in Idaho
September 9, 2026 — Rexburg, ID — Catalis, a leading provider of government technology solutions, announced that Madison County, Idaho, has selected Catalis to modernize and connect its property assessment, tax administration, and escrow management operations.
The partnership marks Catalis’ first Tax & CAMA client in Idaho and expands its Enterprise CAMA solution into a fifth new state within the past five years.
Madison County’s decision to implement the Catalis Tax & CAMA product suite also reflects strong confidence in the breadth of the platform. The integrated system seamlessly supports valuation, tax administration, collections, and escrow payment processing through a modern, connected technology platform.
“We wanted a solution that could support our assessment, tax, and escrow operations together rather than treating them as separate functions,” said Jason Wilburn, IT Director, Madison County, Idaho. “Catalis provides the technology and expertise we need to modernize these critical processes and prepare for the County’s future needs.”
“Madison County’s selection is an important milestone for Catalis and a strong endorsement of our integrated Tax & CAMA platform,” said Steve Ashbacher, Executive Vice President, Catalis Tax & CAMA. “We are proud to welcome our first Tax & CAMA partner in Idaho and look forward to supporting the County throughout its modernization efforts.”
