This service allows you to pay your Brazos County utility bill electronically and is a service of Value Payment Systems, LLC. All payments are processed immediately and the payment date is equal to the time you complete your transaction. Debit cards have a convenience fee of 1% of the total transaction, credit cards, PayPal, and Venmo have a 2.45% fee, and e-checks have a flat $1.95 fee.

3. Enter Last Name followed by First Name to narrow search. Example: Smith John
